how to bust out of a rutDo you want your spark back? Maybe you have gotten stuck in the doldrums lately. Or maybe you are so busy surviving that you are forgetting to live. Maybe you feel worn out, underappreciated or stuck. Whatever it may be that is causing your spark to be on hiatus, it is time to ignite it back into your life!

The time for settling has past. The time for living life without passion and vibrancy is gone. How do I know this? One, because the energy of the Universe is changing, and it is asking each individual to take more responsibility for their happiness. And two, because if you have lost your spark, I know that you are yearning to have it back.

1: Visualize. Get back to what turns you on in life. When you have had times when you felt that spark, what were you doing? How were you dressed? Who were you with? Make a list. Get back to those feelings and remember what would take you there again.

2. List all the things you think are contributing to you losing your spark. Maybe it's that you gained weight lately. Or maybe you are working too much. Just brainstorm and think of all the possible contributors, even if you aren't sure what they may be.

3: Take Action: Use these two lists to do one thing each day for the next week, no matter how small, that will help you call back your spark. For example, if you work from home and you just wear frumpy clothes all day, and you have noticed you don't feel good about yourself, get up tomorrow and get dressed up as if you are going into an office. If you are worn out, stressed and constantly aggravated because you are constantly working, take at least 20 minutes purely for yourself. You get the idea.

4: Ask your spark to come back. You'd be amazed how easily things fall into place when you simply ask the Universe for them.

Making little steps like these lead to huge results when you are consistent and diligent. You deserve to have a zest for life. You deserve to be happy. It is better for the entire world when you are happy. Just think, if everyone focused on making sure they are happy in life, then everyone would spread that happiness around freely and the world would be one big happy place.
