Coincidences Are Really Divine Intervention

Lucky Roller PhotoSometimes things happen in our lives that seem like coincidence, but in reality, it is the Universe intervening to make our lives easier, or even to save our lives.

A man - I?ll call him Bob ? recently had his life saved by what most would describe as ?coincidence.? As he was on his way to go golfing, a friend, who happened to be a doctor, called him. Excited to hear from him, Bob invited his friend to go golfing as well, and he did. Bob was ?lucky? he did when he ended up having a heart attack at the golf course. He was told he would have died had his doctor friend not been there to perform CPR. Coincidence? I think not! It seems clear to me it wasn?t Bob?s day to die and that the Universe made sure of it.

So many of us chalk things like that up to coincidence or luck, when instead, we should be thanking the Universe. You probably encounter these divine interventions on a daily basis and don?t even realize it. For example, I was out doing some errands today and the last stop on my agenda was a vitamin store. I needed to be quick since I had frozen food in the car and it was 95 degrees outside, which made me feel frustrated when I realized I passed the store and didn?t have time to turn around. Then I remembered I would be passing another health food store, and it was a store that I preferred. I had completely forgotten about it over the past few years. I was thankful for my ?mess up? and for the Universe directing me to something better.

Instead of thinking of things as coincidence or luck in your life, stop and ask yourself if it was instead divine intervention. Have fun recognizing these moments and being grateful for the help from the Universe because, when you do, they will happen more often.
